Veezyape prepares every hardwood piece for rugged travel using rigid panels, dense cushioning, and corner protection. Orientation markings appear on wide faces for safe handling. Compact items move via parcel networks; large or heavy goods ride on specialized furniture freight. At checkout, Veezyape shows the full payable amount in USD—freight, handling, fuel, taxes, duties, and brokerage where applicable—so no extra payment is collected on delivery.

Destinations Veezyape Serves

Veezyape arranges delivery to: United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, Spain, Canada, Italy, Belgium, and Portugal.

Veezyape cannot send furniture to PO Box addresses, APO/FPO/DPO military mail, or select remote territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and certain outlying islands in Europe or Australia). A standard street address is required for safe truck access and lift handling.

If the destination is outside this list, has restricted vehicle access, or involves narrow staircases/elevators, Veezyape requests advance coordination to confirm feasibility and any third-party add-on services.

Carriers & Service Types

  • Parcel networks: UPS, FedEx, USPS (limited small U.S. parcels), and DHL Express on international lanes serving the countries above.

  • Furniture freight (LTL): Bulky or heavy items ship on a tail-lift (liftgate) truck for curbside drop—ground-level at the driveway or curb. No in-home placement, stairs, assembly, or packaging removal is included in curbside service. Freight partners typically send a call/text to arrange a delivery window. Palletizing and stretch wrap may be used for added protection.

  • Signature control: For select high-value consignments, Veezyape may require an adult (18+) signature; the tracking email will state this.

Lead Time vs. Transit Time

  • Packing lead time is the window prior to pickup used for inspection, packing, and labeling.

  • Transit time is the period after the carrier receives the shipment.

Business days are Monday–Friday; U.S. federal holidays do not count. International lanes can require additional time for security screening and customs. Severe weather, local holidays, labor actions, or network backlogs can extend transit by +1–3 business days. Address changes after dispatch can incur reroute fees and delay arrival.

All amounts below are shown and charged at checkout. Free-shipping thresholds and flat freight rates are fully inclusive; recipients pay nothing at the door.

Furniture specifics: Solid wood is dense and oversized; carriers often rate by dimensional weight. Dining tables, media units, and similar case goods commonly ship LTL with liftgate and cargo insurance. Multi-carton orders may be split across packages to reduce risk; where sensible, cartons may be banded on a single pallet. Veezyape subsidizes part of the freight so reinforced packing and the total due appear clearly at checkout.

Taxes, Duties & Customs (International)

For deliveries to UK/FR/DE/ES/IT/BE/PT/AU/CA, Veezyape ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Import VAT/GST, duties, and customs processing are included in the checkout total in USD. Do not pay the driver; if anyone requests payment at delivery, contact Veezyape immediately.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Most furniture enters final checks and packing within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM CST generally begin the same business day; later confirmations begin the next business day.

  • Pre-order / made-to-order items depart after completion; Veezyape’s confirmation email provides an estimated ship-by date.

  • If one cart contains items with different lead times, Veezyape may ship ready items first or hold to consolidate; the confirmation will state the approach.

Access, Placement & Assembly

Many pieces travel partially disassembled to protect weight-bearing components and simplify setup. Each shipment includes an illustrated guide and typically a basic tool (e.g., an Allen key). A typical assembly window is 20–30 minutes with two adults on a clean, soft surface.

If the building has tight turns, limited elevators, gated entries, stair carries, or truck restrictions, notify Veezyape in advance so options can be arranged. Room-of-choice placement, stair carries, packaging haul-away, or exact-time appointments are available as upgrades (quoted at third-party rates).

Possible carrier-cost fees: missed freight appointments, liftgate refusals, post-dispatch address corrections, and re-delivery.

Tracking & Updates

When a consignment departs 5319 Encino Rd, Abilene, TX 79605, Veezyape emails a confirmation with the tracking link. Please allow 24–72 hours for scans to populate—international pallets may show “label created” until a terminal assigns the freight. If no movement appears after 72 hours, contact Veezyape for a carrier check.

Damage, Loss, or Other Issues

Inspect packaging at handoff. If something arrives damaged, notify Veezyape within 72 hours and include the order number plus clear photos or a brief video covering: outer carton, internal cushioning, and the affected surfaces. Note visible damage with the driver when feasible and keep all packing materials until Veezyape confirms next steps.

  • Minor cosmetic concerns: Veezyape can often send a replacement component or touch-up kit promptly.

  • Potential loss: If tracking shows no progress for 7+ days or delivery has not occurred within 14 business days from ship date, contact Veezyape. After carrier confirmation of loss, Veezyape will dispatch a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund in USD.

  • Refusals / undeliverable: Returns triggered by repeated missed appointments, incorrect addresses, or similar issues can be re-shipped once the address is verified and any return/storage/re-delivery fees are paid at cost.

Changes & Cancellations

Orders that have not entered packing or shipped can be canceled—reach out as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of purchase. After handoff to the carrier, cancellation is unavailable. After delivery, refer to Veezyape’s Return & Refund Policy.

For international consignments to UK/FR/DE/ES/IT/BE/PT/AU/CA, cancellation is not available once customs clearance is completed. Address updates requested post-dispatch may involve reroute charges and added time.
