Veezyape designs and builds solid-wood furniture and stands behind every shipment to the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, Spain, Canada, Italy, Belgium, and Portugal. The guide below explains how Veezyape resolves issues and how returns and refunds work for furniture orders.

  • No surprise charges: Customers never pay beyond checkout—return labels, pickups, duties, and processing are covered by Veezyape.

  • Refund speed: Within 7 business days after the item reaches the return facility and passes inspection, back to the original payment method (USD) or store credit on request.

  • Proof of purchase: Order number or the email/phone used at checkout.

Eligibility rules for furniture returns

To keep heavy wooden pieces safe in reverse transit, the following must be true:

  • Condition: Item is new, unused, unassembled, and unaltered. Any signs of use or modification—e.g., scratches, dents, stains, odors, pet hair, drilled holes, refinishing, or leveled/installed bases—make a change-of-mind return ineligible.

  • Packaging: Original protection (foam, corner guards, hardware packs, manuals, tools, accessories) should be included. If something is missing, repack to an equal or higher protection level so the piece travels securely.

  • Assembly status: Items that are assembled/installed/glued/modified can return only if Veezyape confirms a manufacturing fault or verified transit damage.

  • Use case: Furniture is intended for indoor residential or studio environments. Some large pieces require pallet pickup or liftgate; Veezyape will outline the steps.

  • Protection tip: Do not tape parts or hardware directly to finished wood. Wrap with foam or thick padding first.

Natural wood characteristics

Solid wood features authentic grain, tone shifts, knots, and figure. These natural variations are not defects and are evaluated as such during return review across all covered countries.

If something is wrong (damage, defect, wrong item)

A piece that arrives with transit damage, a factory issue, or that does not match the ordered model/size/finish will be put right.

Examples include: crushed corners, cracked tops, chipped finish, mis-cut or misaligned joinery, a top that will not sit level, an unstable base, or hardware that cannot seat correctly.

What Veezyape provides:

  • Prepaid return freight (label for parcels or scheduled pickup for freight).

  • Replacement (subject to stock/lead times) or a full refund in USD.

  • Outbound shipping refund when a paid outbound charge appeared at checkout.

  • Fast remedies for small issues—e.g., replacement components or a touch-up kit—when that is the quickest high-quality fix.

Change of mind (doesn’t fit the space or finish)

Returns for preference can be started within 30 days provided the item remains unused and properly packed.
Return freight is still covered by Veezyapeno customer payment beyond checkout. After inspection confirms all parts and like-new condition, Veezyape refunds the product price in USD. Original outbound shipping, if any was paid at checkout, is not refunded on preference-based returns.

Items that are not returnable

  • Gift cards

  • Final-sale / clearance items

  • Any furniture that has been used, assembled, installed, modified, or refinished

  • Custom or made-to-order furniture (non-standard sizes, special edge details, custom stains/finishes, inlays/carvings, non-standard base specifications) unless damaged or defective at delivery

Bundle note: If a promotional bundle or free gift was included, all items must be returned. Otherwise, Veezyape may deduct the pro-rated value of missing items from the refund.

How to start a return (step-by-step)

  1. Contact within 30 days: Reach [email protected] or use the site Contact form. Include the order number and a short description.

  2. If damaged/defective, act within 72 hours: Attach clear photos or a brief video showing the outer box, inner packing, and the affected areas.

  3. Response in 1–2 business days: If eligible, Veezyape issues a prepaid label (parcel) or books a freight pickup and shares packing instructions.

  4. Return address: Veezyape Returns Department, 5319 Encino Rd, Abilene, TX 79605.

  5. Ship/pickup window: Labels and pickup authorizations typically expire after 10 calendar days—please ship or be ready during that window.

Packing guidance for furniture

  • Immobilize tops, legs, and bases so nothing can shift.

  • Re-use the original foam and corner guards where possible.

  • Place all hardware/tools in a sealed bag and secure the bag inside the carton or crate.

  • If the original carton is gone, use a new heavy-duty box or a pallet crate with thick padding on all sides; seal every seam with strong tape.

  • For freight returns, Veezyape will confirm pallet requirements and provide BOL (bill of lading) documents.

Inspection checklist (what reviewers verify)

  • Correct model / size / finish returned

  • All components and hardware present

  • No signs of use or alteration

  • Protective packing adequate to prevent new damage in transit

If parts are missing or packing is inadequate and damage occurs, Veezyape may reduce the refund to cover repair or replacement, or return the item at customer request. No new fees are charged to the customer—any necessary logistics are handled and paid by Veezyape.

Refund timing & method

Once the return arrives and passes review, Veezyape processes the refund within 7 business days to the original payment method in USD (major cards or PayPal).
Prefer store credit? Say so when you initiate the return. Card issuers and banks may take up to 7 additional business days to post funds.

Exchanges

  • 30-day window for a different finish or size when available.

  • Preference exchanges: shipping for the outgoing return and the replacement shipment is covered by Veezyape.

  • Issue-based exchanges (damage/defect/wrong item): fully covered by Veezyape as well.

  • Replacement items dispatch after the original is received and passes inspection.

Refused deliveries & undeliverable shipments

If a delivery is refused without prior notice and the carrier reports no damage, Veezyape will still coordinate the return and handle all carrier charges. Veezyape can reschedule delivery at no cost or issue a refund consistent with the eligibility rules above after the item returns and is inspected.

Taxes, duties & customs on returns (international)

For returns originating in the covered countries, Veezyape prepares the paperwork and covers re-import, VAT/GST, brokerage, and customs processingprovided the Veezyape label and instructions are used. Using an unapproved, self-arranged courier shifts responsibility for loss/damage and customs charges to the sender and may delay processing.

Processing & shipping times (reference only)

Most furniture orders prepare to ship in 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri; U.S. public holidays excluded). Typical post-dispatch transit: 6–8 business days to the U.S. & Canada, 7–9 business days to Europe & UK, and 9–10 business days to Australia.
